Remember That Banana Whoopie Pie Recipe???

I just finished putting these together. I changed the flour to gluten free, adjusted the sugar a bit in the dough, but not the filling. wow these are awesome but extremely sweet.
The filling was butter, cream cheese, vanilla and sugar-I just don't bake like that anymore-so half of these went into the freezer right away.
If you baked these up with regular flour the cake part would have risen higher, but these are still very tasty and the gluten free cake part is not heavy tasting-a nice treat.
