Holiday Recipe Share Fridays-Christmas Eve

Merry Christmas.
Since Thanksgiving we have been sharing our favorite holiday recipes. Please join us if you would like to share with us, leave a link to your recipe or blog in comments.
I remember as a child, on Christmas Eve, we almost always went to a candle ceremony that ended at midnight. Alot of times when we left the church it would be snowing.
When we got home, we usually had hot cocoa, cookies and such, and cheese ball and crackers with little meats sometimes. Dad's favorite meat was ham so we always had ham during Christmas eve or day. Dad also would try to convince Mom that we could all open just one present-he rarely won cause Mom was stickler for opening presents only on Christmas day.
I found this Christmas Eve link full of recipes here (for eve and day)
