Pickled Bing Cherries Out of the Canner

Aren't these new wide mouth 1/2 pints just too cute. Had to buy them of course.
This morning I made up the Pickled Bing Cherry recipe I found this recipe last year in a book, and have been wanting to make these. I didn't have the coriander seed, so decided on using organic lemon zest instead.
I am off to take an hour nap, been up since 5 am making deviled eggs and jellos for two different bbq's we are attending, along with walking Nikita and picking a few blackberries for the jellos too. So I'm tired, especially since I finished up with freezing the bings around 7:30pm last night.
