I love quick meals like this, and when you change over to whole grain pastas, even the gluten free pastas-which are either rice or whole grains, add a little veggie, and watch the salts in the canned items-you come away with a great meal and more nutritious too
- Spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add sausage, cook and crumble until no longer pink; drain.
- Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and pasta. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Add spinach; cook and stir until spinach wilts. Sprinkle with cheese
