I have had a taste for this, haven't made it in quite some time now. I always keep on hand the small pearls and also the large pearls. I don't see this in stores any more, so I buy mine from Bob's Red Mill online. I also usually go by their recipe too.
For the milk I use Silk soy milk; it takes about an hour of slow cooking on the stove. I seperate the eggs too, and in the end beat the whites and fold them in, and let heat thru well. Yummy!
