I think we will like this one alot, I took notes so I would remember what ingredients I used-sweet relish with a hint of some heat-I like that in a pickle product like this one.
Didn't this turn out pretty? This was taken after salted, iced down for a few hours, and then rinsed and drained ready for everything to boil. I decided to shred mostly just the green in the cucumbers, and then chopped red and yellow sweet peppers, onion, and for a little kick about a third of very hot korean round pepper. I am going to use the brine and method as in my bread and butter recipe-I got that idea from my friend Celeste (on Multiply).
