Started early and made another batch of salsa with half tomatoes and half tomatilos. Turned out nice.
Larry got a few more green tomatoes, but not quite enough so I picked most of what I had-and made up a big batch-lots and lots of chopping. This was for my Jalapeno-apple-green tomato relish-I had a little left over and Larry was like wow!-this turned out hotter than it usually does. so hoping its not too hot.
This is the last of the canning for awhile until I can some peaches and hopefully pears too.
